Host a Clinic--Ride for FREE!


In today’s economy we are all looking for ways to save $$$.   

HOW IT WORKS: When you host a clinic and fill it to at least the minimum of 9 people, you get a rider spot to use yourself or give/sell to someone else (spouse, child, friend, etc.)

Can you answer “YES” to all the following questions:

1.

Do you own or have access to an indoor arena of at least 7200 sq feet (for Level 1 Partnership) or 10000 sq feet (for Level 2 Harmony and up)?

2.

Does the location have parking for10-16 horse trailers and trucks plus 20 other vehicles.

3.

Is there stalling, pasture, or paddocks for up to 16 horses.

4.

Is there or can you set up toilet facilities for 20-50 people.

5.

Are there restaurants and lodging nearby?

6.

Do you have access to a computer and the internet and have the time and skill to send out information in attachments and talk to people on the phone?

7.

Can you or people interested in participating pay the $500 non-refundable booking fee?

 

 


If you can answer yes to all these questions fill out our Request to Host Clinic form.  Teri will contact you for an interview and then send you the Clinic Organizer's Packet. When she receives your deposit she will list your clinic on the schedule (if you so desire) and assist you in any way possible to fill your clinic to at least  9…earning you a participant spot.

If you can't quite answer yes to all the questions, give Teri a call to discuss options.

Act now, scheduling is usually 6-12 months out!
